Named after a Dutch princess, this fragrant 1949 award-winner is a marigold-orange flamed purple sport of Couleur Cardinal. It is absolutely breathtaking and quite fragrant. Princess Irene is fabulous paired with Purple Prince for a regal twosome or with offspring Pretty Princess. Single Early Tulips are known to be good for forcing.
