Happy Spring!
As we anxiously await our garden here to pop into bloom, we are finishing work on our Fall 2025 Van Engelen Wholesale Price List that will be printed in the coming weeks. You should receive your new price list around Memorial Day, at the end of May.
We’ll open our website for early reserve orders in mid-May. We’ve added 50 new varieties to our collection: we so look forward to introducing you to them. (Here’s a little secret sneak peak of some new varieties: Tulips Job’s Memory, Oak Heart, Salmon Dessert and The Dutch Golden Age Tulip Mixture.)

Spring Client Visits
This is the perfect time, as your clients’ gardens are in full bloom, to stop by for a visit during spring clean-up. Give them a chance to congratulate you on your brilliant garden designs! Maybe even speak with them about where you'd like to plant more flower bulbs this coming fall. Then, reserve their favorites early, as soon as our website opens for Fall 2025 in mid-May.
Remember, once buds are set on stems, a heat spike may cause Narcissi and Tulips to bloom early and a bit shorter than usual. Flower bulbs do everything in response to light and temperature. Rest assured, they will continue to grow in height and bloom size, particularly if it cools down to more ‘normal’ temperatures.
