Narcissus pseudo-narcissus ssp. obvallaris
(1 Y-Y) Also known as the Tenby Daffodil, this prized early-blooming naturalizer is a golden-yellow gem with a large, flared trumpet and shorter petals. As reports have it, the windswept Wales coastline was blanketed with wild drifts of this upward-facing bloom as far back as the 18th century.
