Narcissus Martha Stewart

(1 W-WWP) Technically classified as a Trumpet Daffodil, this prized Karel van der Veek hybrid was named in honor of Martha Stewart for her life-long, contagious passion for flower bulbs. It has a perfectly formed, 3" pale yellow perianth surrounding a gorgeous, flared, pale yellow cup with a thick, frilled, apricot-pink edge. As the blooms mature, the perianth pales to almost white and the cup morphs to ivory with a pale coral-apricot rim. N. Martha Stewart has been prominently displayed at the Keukenhof and the Breezand Lentetuin flower show since its introduction. As with all Pink Narcissi, it benefits from filtered sunlight so it may develop its best pink coloration. Narcissus Class: Large Cupped (Royal Horticultural Society Division 1). Bulb size: 14/16 cm. April. HZ: 3-7. Height: 16" to 18".
