Tulip Orange Emperor

Blooming a bit later than some of the other Emperor Tulips, this award-winner is brilliant carrot-orange with a darker interior dotted with a pale, buttercup-yellow base and black anthers. It is terrific planted as a special mixture with Emperor Tulips Yellow Purissima and White Emperor. Tulip Class: Emperor. Bulb size: 12 cm/up. Late April. HZ: 3-8. Height: 16" to 18".
