Naturalizing Narcissi for Landscapers
For professional installations of massive naturalizing Narcissi, we offer these spectacular varieties, one bulb size smaller than the Double Nose II bulbs that we normally carry, in economical units of 250. Known as landscape-size bulbs, these deer- and rodent-proof naturalizers will flower the first spring, although their flowers may be a bit smaller. They ordinarily “catch-up” to our DNII narcissus bulbs in one year. There are numerous miscellaneous bulbs that are also well-suited for massive naturalized landscapes. Some of them include: Crocus, Scilla siberica Spring Beauty, Galanthus, Muscari armeniacum, Muscari Mixture, Leucojum, Hyacinthoides non-scripta, Hyacinthoides hispanica Excelsior, Chionodoxa, Anemone blanda, Allium sphaerocephalon and Lily Mixtures. Bulb size: SP 12/14 cm. April/May, unless otherwise noted. Plant 6" to 8" deep and at least 6" apart. HZ: 3-7, unless otherwise noted. 16" to 20".
