Double means that the flowers are filled with puffy layers of petals, some more full and fluffy than others, as you’ll see in the photos of each variety. Although there are no guarantees from Mother Nature, our Dutch Amaryllis usually flower in eight to twelve weeks once potted. Royal Dutch Double Amaryllis often pop out of dormancy more quickly than Single varieties.
