Narcissus Avalanche
(8 W-Y) Sweetly fragrant Avalanche is also known as the Seventeen Sisters for its multitudinous cascade of dollish 1" flowers. A naturalizing 1906 heirloom, it has a creamy-white perianth and a bowl-shaped, greenish-yellow cup. Ideal for warmer climates, it is also a good forcer. Narcissus Class: Tazetta (Royal Horticultural Society Division 8). Bulb size: 15/17 cm. April. HZ: 6-9. Height: 16" to 18".
