Syn: The Red Crocus Tulip. Circa 1860, this purplish-rose heirloom has a yellow base and greenish-yellow anthers. Please note that in Fall 2018, we are only able to supply the T humilis violacea with the black base. Tulip Class: Species. Bulb size: 5 to 6 cm. Early April. HZ: 4-8. 4" to 6".
